The late Bhausaheb Hiray Nagari Credit co-operative society limited, Malegaon has been founded on 11-5-1989 having it register No.N.S.K./M.L.G/89 413/dated 11th April 1989. The honourable Samajshri Prashantdada Hiray, former state transport and protocol minister of Maharashtra who is the founder the financial condition of the credit society is very sound. The total members of the society are 2496. The main object of the society is to increase the strength of society by increasing members and to assist financially to the jobless youth and unemployed youth.
The society has many schemes, which it puts into practice. It aims for the expansion of its branches and to start insurance schemes and to accept electricity bills and to give 25% membership to the women. The members and depositors are provided the security of 1 lacs insurance.
