b) Major role played in Samajshri Prashantdada Hiray’s Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election held in 1999. Mr. Hiray had success-fully contested election of board of members of Legislative Assembly of Maharashtra State from 73 Dabhadi Legislative Constituency. B.J.P. President of the district unit, former chairman N.D.C.C.Bank Mr. Suresh Nikam and ex-health minister of Maharashtra state Dr. Baliram Hiray had lost in this election.
c) Played a major role in electing all the members of 'Dekhrekh Sangh' for Indian National Congress Party (I.).
d) An organizer and strategy planner Parliamentary Election, Assembly Election & Legislative Council Elections in 2004.

elder brother Mr.Apurva Hiray.
f) The Contribution to legislative Assembly :- Advay Hiray played a major role in campaigning the election of legislative Assembly held in year 2004. Hon. Prashantdada Hiray contested election from 73 Dabhadi Legislative Constituency. He contributed his help and guidance for deciding the strategy of election and planning and organization of election. He played dominating and major role in the election.
g) Lok Saba Election :- The same foresight and understanding is seen in the election of Member of Parliament held in April 2004 from Malegaon constituency where Mr. Advay Hiray played an important role. This election proved that Mr. Advay Hiray was a good organizer and strategy planner. His contribution in political field is not praiseworthy but also shows his understanding political maturity.
h) Election of Labour Federation :- Played a constructive role in the election of Labour Federation of Nashik District. He was an active worker in this election. Organized the workers and voters and brought them together. He had lion share in winning the majority of candidate.

Malegaon Taluka Shetkari Sahakari Sangh : Farmers Co-operative Association held in 2007 under the leadership of SAHAKAR PANEL secured 16 seats out of 16. Z.P. members , M.L.A. all opposition leaders came together and fought as Sahakari Panel. But it was in vain and useless.
j) Zilla Parishad Election-(Nashik) – played dominant and major role at the time of Zilla Parishad Election (March-2007) in gathering and motivating voters and giving them proper guidance and direction for achieving the desired goal. This election has given the boost and high spirit to the proper favour to the party and was responsible for the wining 4 candidates of Z.P. and 8 candidates of Panchayat Samiti of Malegaon.
k) Zilla parishad / Pancyayat Samiti sub election : Helped to Indian National Congress Party (I) which had participated in the election of Nashik Zilla Parishad and Malegaon Taluka Panchayet Samitee in feb.2008.Congress had secured 4 seats out of four seats from Malegaon Taluka in ther election. All opposite leaders and M.L.A. came together under the Bhavana (Shivsena) and fight against congress leader Mr.Hiray. The candidates belonged to backward category .This election proved that Mr. Hiray was a good organizer and strategy planner and won 4 out of four seats. And shown opposites their places in Taluka.
l) Agriculture Produce Market Committee - In the year 2006, sustained efforts were made in the election of Agricultural produce market committee. He had done the role of leadership of congress party and shown his dynamic personality to the opposite leaders. The party had get grand success. But the dreams of the opposite party were collapsed. The opposite party made this election very prestigious point.

Municipal Corporation Election, Nashik – In the year Feb. 2007 Nashik Municipal Corporation Election was held, played major role in organizing and making political strategy and bringing together the people and persuading them for the favour of the candidate Mr. Apurva Hiray and helped him to win the same election and has a lion’s share in his election campaign and won the hearts and spirit of the voters who are new to us.
n)Municipal Corporation Election, Malegaon. – was held in the month of May-2007 proved the political wisdom, rich maturity, the understanding, plays active and powerful role in the wining the candidates of the party and collecting the voters for our political purpose and made the election with success by wining 15 seats of National Congress.
o)N.D.C.C. Bank Election: N.D.C.C. bank plays major role in the development and progress of formers. He had showed his organizing and planning skill of political strategies. He has been elected as the director of the bank by the defeating the powerful opponent being the former president of Zilla Parishad and former chairman of N.D.C.C. Bank, former president Zilla Dudh sangh and even the former president of Asia’s biggest A.P.M.C. with a high margin.
Played major and important role change power of ruling party in the N.D.C.C. bank election which is economical source of farmers, common people and traders. He snatched away chairmanship and vice chairmanship from ruling party. He had done the role of leadership of New Aghadi and changed the power of ruling party.
p) Vasaka Election : His abilities and capacity as the great organizer has been revealed in the election of Vasantdada Sahakari Sakhar Karkhan, Vithewadi defeating the panel led by Dr. D.S.Aher who is the chairman of Tapti Irrigation Development Corporation Ltd. and the former Health Minister of Maharashtra state.
q) Zilla Dudh Sangh : The Panchvarshik election of zilla dudh sangh the common man elected as director from malegaon taluka under the leadership of Mr. Hiray. In that election president of Indian National Congress Party (I.) malegaon. Taluka had lost in this election and congress party flagged congress flag. He played colour important role to elect chairman and vice chairman election process of election.
r) Malegaon Taluka Dekhrekh Sangh :
Malegaon Taluka Dekhrekh Sangh is the main centre of political power in the village. Due to the able leadership of Advayaaba Hiray (Patil) this sangh has been dominated by him winning election of 2007 with the success of the panel’s is seven seats. The local M.L.A. has considered it is very prestigious election but Aaba has captured its power with the help of systematic planning propagation and mature leadership.
