Shrishakti is the organization of selfless and fearless youths and student who are working hard in the different parts of Nashik District blessing to the backward, hilly and Adivasi reign in order to build healthy and strong, sturdy youth who have faith in shaping the country and constructing new India.

With the help and the support of this organization Apurva bhau has been working various Social activities for the progress and all round development and it has implemented all camps for kinds of patients and blood donation camps. He has organized physical fitness competition, Personality development and religion and cultural programmed , Career guidance programme and held different sports competition.

Thousands of youth belonging to the various part of District actively participated in the Dindi Yatra whole heartedly so that they should be away from drugs and smoking, alcoholism and other bad habits seeking the blessing of the elderly people.

Apurva Hiray took part in election of Nashik Municipal Corporation for the first time and begin his political career in winning the election from the ward No.86 defeating his powerful opposite candidates. And he has been elected as the member of standing committee of Nashik Municipal Corporation. and put an ideal before the public of Nashik.
