a) Founded Karmaveer Bhausaheb Hiray Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha at Malegaon in the year 1990.
b) Founded Shree.Vyankatesh Co - Operative Bank Ltd., Malegaon, Dist. Nashik in the year 1995 - 96, worked as a Chairman and working as a Director of the Bank.
c) Founded 'Loknete Vyankatrao Hiray Vanrai Mitra Mandal', worked as it's Chairman & working as a Director. The programme of water shed, preservation of the forests & plantation is undertaken through this institution, all over Malegaon Taluka. Government of Maharashtra just sanctioned Rs.2 Cores for the cause of this programme.
d) Twice Elected as a Director in the Nasik District Central Co-op. Bank in 1996 & 2002.
e) Active participation in the formation of Nashik District Mahila Co-operative Bank in Malegaon.
f) Ex. Director of Malegaon Taluka Co-Operative Starch Factory.
g) Director of Echalkarnaji Cattle Feeds and Fertilizers Ltd., Yedrav, Tal.Shirol, District Kolhapur.
h) Registration of Smt. Renukadevi Nasik District Mahila Co-operative Spinning Mill has been accorded by the Government of Maharashtra. Mrs.Smita Prashant Hiray is working as a Chief Promoter of the Spinning Mill. The work of collecting shares for the same is in progress.
i) Elected unanimously as a Chairman of the Nasik District Central Co - operative Bank during the year 1998.
j) Nominated as a Telephone Advisory Committee (TAC) Member by Central Government.
k) Working as a Director of Indo- Mangolian Committee.
I) The election of Malegaon Taluka Shetkari Sahakari Sangha Limited, Malegaon was held in 9th, August, 2007 and win the election with total majority of having 16 candidates elected which reveals his organizing and planning capacities and forsight and impact on the people.
m) The election of Nashik District Co-operative Bank Limited was held in 27th August, 2007 and contested election from society group and elected as the Director of the Bank unopposed and played a vital role in the field of agriculture, co-operation and economics.
n) Elected as the unopposed director of Maharashtra State Co-operative Marketing Federation, Mumbai and successful efforts were made for the winning panel's candidates. (10 April - 2008)
