Karmeer Bhausaheb Hiray was born in ignorant and unknowing Agriculture family. Agriculture was the main occupation of his family. In those days there were no facilities of education so that Bhausaheb Hiray had started his education late. He had struggled many hardships and difficulties while he was taking his education. He had completed his education is adverse condition and at the age of 27 he had completed his education before fifty years ago parents married their sons and daughters in their childhood.Bhausahe was no exception. Bhausaheb Hiray had married with Renukadevi while he was studding fourth and fifth slandered. While he was taking his education at the age of a first son namely Vyankatrao Hiray was born in his family.

He had given face to the many Struggles, difficulties, disturbance and hardships. Bhausaheb was out of Nimgaon for taking his education duet adverse condition. At that time Renukadevi Hiray was doing her house chore as well as farming work so that she had a got time to pay attention of Bhau she had got time she would have paid attention at Bhau. Otherwise bhau was playing in front of neighbors house yard.

Bhau become six years old as that time Bhausaheb became lawyer. The name of Bhau was registered in lower class at Nimgaon and started his education. Bhau had completed his primary education in Malegaon at Nashik Districts. He started his subordinate his education, but he had not got stability. He completed his subordinate education, Malegaon Nashik Bodri. He had faced three villages. He had started to take his higher education at Nashik. He had also gone to take his higher education at Bombay. He had faced many hardships, questions, problems, and difficulties while he was studding his higher education but he was very bright and intelligent and completed his higher education.

There was no stability in his life so he had faced struggles, problems, hardships, and difficulties. It is very difficult to understand. Why Bhau had not paid attention of his handwriting. He felt envy for feel envoy other’ shy good and neat handwriting. He was bright as well as clever and was always a head in the playing games. He was a very mischievous among the boys. Matoshru Renukadevi Hiray had paid attention still he had completed his education. Bhausaheb became lawyer he was keen interest in doing service of the people as well as nations so he had no time to give attention his son (Bhau) While Bhau was taking his education from that time he was taking training of National Movements from Bhau. While Bhau was student he established many different kinds of organizations. Bhau was keenly interested in doing public work. Bhau had participated in Congress Seva Dal. While bhau was taking his education he did not keep himself away from the main steam of the national movements and participated in national and worked heartily and honestly (like his age suitable work)

He had participated in Satyagrah movements between. 1930 t0 1940. He had played in the vole of deferments kinds of work like setting arrangement, proposed a of meeting staking posters to the wall. In his early childhood he was beaten by police in lathi charge While he was arranging sitting arrangement police gave them very harsh treatment. But he had never gone away from his work. He had done this arrangement very nicely. This proved that Bhau was a good organizer and well planner. He was a brave as well as hard worker from his early childhood. Do day also we don’t forget his precious qualities.

Bhausaheb had liked service to man and service t Nation So he had not got time to looking family life. Day by day life in this worked was increasing (was on th way of progress) (expanding). The duties and responsibilities were increasing. But Bhausaheb had not paid attention to his family life. At that time Bhau was only twenty years old. He took to all responsibilities on his shoulders. Slowly Bhau had taken charge of family and business And joined family business. Bhau has inherited his father’s business. He had a great personality with a charm and style of his own. Matoshri Renukadevi was guiding to Bhau in business. He became perfect businessman. He became rich businessman who ere from many days. He was perfect to keep home as well as business. Bhausaheb had done all rounded work. He worked in the field of education, co-operation politics, social. He had never lost golden chance of these field. And Bhau had started to work in small institutions.

It was the lion’s share of Bhau develop and expand to M.G.V. whenever he had got time he visited and observed the work of institution with his eyes. He was so has personal attention the construction departments. He made available constructing material in of cheap rate. It was necessary to collect around him a team of dedicated colleagues who were willing to make any sacrifice for the noble cause. They wondered and visited many villages to collect funds for education with his workers and were taking getting joy of wondering. After the general election of 1957 and before the general election of 1962. Congress had fixed the candidates one years before election in 1961. Respected Bhausaheb was fixed a ticket by Congress party.

The seminar of congress party was held at Mahabaleshwar late Yashwantrao and Bhausaheb Hiray were presented they had seven-up all old values and views. So that there were a lot of new comers (entered) among the people the preparation of election was began started but very sad news speared all over Maharashtra was that Karmveer Bhausaheb Hiray was passed away by heart attack while he was going at Dhule for his personal work. All education and co-operative institutions had lost their source of inspiration. November month was full of grief and sadness people of constituency demanded that congress party should ticket to Bhau. Without any delay people had sent many telegrams letters about getting ticket. At last higher authority had considered demand of people And fixed and announced ticket to the Bhau But Bhau was unknown all about this Bhau had faced election and won the election by huge leading voting. And he reached to the Assembly of Maharashtra. He reached as representative of public people of Nashik ditrict had seen the daring, leadership patients, courage, bravery of Bhau so that they had given responsibility of N.D.C.C. bank and nashik district land development bank of in his hand. Both banks are soul of Nashik district to solve the problems. He had done the leadership in both banks for eight years since 1962. Bhau had developed both banks successfully and progress of farmers. In short period tried to make Lakh of farmers had got benefits in critical condition (situation) And today of farmers are getting benefits in adverse condition. People had given responsibilities of Kharedi Vikri Sangh in the hand of Bhau. He had developed sangh in short period. He had established the district co-operative printing press and also given importance of press. And cooperative instituting were getting benefits of this printing press.

Bhau realized difficulty of loading and boarding of farmers of the district place so he decided to build District co-operative bhavan for farmers who had no sheltering place to stay at Nashik.

M.G.V. Malegaon and M.V.P.S. nashik there are the greatest educational institutions in District both institution were running under the leadership of Karmaveer Bhausaheb Hiray both institutions became orphans after the death of Karmaveer Bhausaheb Hiray due to money problems. Nobody had tried to come and run institution. But after the death A Karmaveer, Bhau had taken the responsibilities to run both institutions.

First of all he had given attention to old building. He started to construct new builders. Many people were sought Bhau’s advise and Bhau also suggested (Siven) advise to the people he had enquired of every work when he got time.

“Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir institution was my life work” he had put this statements. He had started to pay attention in every work. He had guided people perfectly. The institution was expanding very speedily and fastly due to of Bhau’s effort the budget of institution before ten years increased into ten stop. He had made available of educational institute by constructing new and attractive buildings. Respected Bhau was backbone of institution. Bhau had taken the responsibility of Girana Sugar Factory he provided seeds, truckers useful material for Agri he constructed new colonies for labours with water and electricity facilities. He provided modern facilities to workers.

He was popularly known as Bhau. The title Bhau was given to Vyankatrao by the people of Nashik District but he was called Bhau affectiionately. The responsibilities between 1962 to 1967 in there five years period Bhau had kept each and every responsibilities very heartly and ideally.

In 1967 Bhau had been given ticket for general election. Now he had got new constancy. All voters of Dabhadi were delighted after getting this news and people started propagating him. Bhausaheb Hiray had visited many villages in constituency and Bhausaheb Hiray own election. All leaders appreciated. Bhausaheb Hiray for able leadership and his hold on the people he had got minister ship of maharashtra. After sad demised Bhausaheb Hiray. Vyankatrao (Proved) occupied his fathers place and he became deputy minister in the state Bhau had looked after and guided people when there was Natural calamities like earthquake heavy rain storm and phyclolance Bhau visited helped and comforted, people this aspect of personality throws light on his kind loving and understanding nature.

It was very difficult for the people to see his noble leader because the was always busy in his public work. Nashik District is always grateful for the noble work and dedication for the welfare of public and as long as there is the sun Bhausaheb and his achievements will be never forgotten.
